Fish that contains omega 3 fatty acids

We know you must have heard by now how good these kind of fishes are. They are really nutritious and do a lot of good to the body. Examples of such fishes are: Salmon, sardine, mackerel. They help in reversing hair loss, prevents dry, scaly and itchy scalp, keep your hair shiny and so on.

Spinach

Yorubas from Nigeria use this veggy to prepare a delicacy called “efo riro”.
