Contestants from all over the country submitted their best designs for a wedding dress using only toilet paper, glue, tape, and a needle and thread. Each finalist used between two and 40 rolls of Charmin Basic, Charmin Ultra Soft, Charmin Ultra Strong (toilet paper).
