How To Manage Pre-wedding Anxiety Weight

The few months or weeks prior to your wedding day can be one of the most stressful periods of your life.

For a bride, it can mean not getting to eat on time or eating really late. You’re most likely going to gain a lot of weight especially if you’re stress-eating.

Here are some simple diet routine that can help keep you fit during the process.

  • Fruits

Make smoothies with fruits every morning as breakfast. Smoothies are also better alternatives to soda.
Fruits are fortified with lots of vitamins that keep your body healthy and your skin glowing and smooth. Adding milk to your smoothies helps with strengthening your body and bones because of its richness in calcium and protein.

  • Water

Drink lots of water. There’s a lesser chance of having to eat a lot when your stomach feels full already. Water also helps with easy digestion. You’re less likely going to feel bloated if you’re drinking water.

  • Rest

There’s no better way to help your diet routine than resting. It relaxes your brain and prepares you for the next day. Take lots of rest and sleep especially because this is the time you need it the most. You wouldn’t be happy if ‘’all systems are down’’ on your big day.

  • Exercise

Exercising not only keeps you fit, but it also regulates brain functionality. This is why during the days you exercise, you feel more energetic than periods when you don’t.
Exercising months/weeks before your wedding will keep you agile and boost your stamina.

  • Avoid Fatty Foods and High Carb foods

These are probably one of the hardest to leave the body. Your skin is probably going to be the first to react to your meal. To keep your body feeling good, reduce the amount of fatty and high in carb foods.

We hope this helps.
