Having to be a matchmaker at your wedding can be fun and a bit intriguing. For starters, it’s important to be sure the people you’re matchmaking are ‘’relationship-ready’’ In the instance where they are, here are some cool ways to be the perfect match-maker.

Play The Wedding Games

You can get your M.C to ask your single friends to play a game of introduction. Technically, your single friends will be tasked with the duty of asking questions and introducing themselves to the other person. Here is one subtle way to match-make that friend of yours with someone else.

Make Them A Special Table

Of course, it shouldn’t be just the two of them at the table. Or else you’ll be spotted. Rather, place them on a table where there are older people and make sure you get someone to get them to engage.

Have Them Attend Your After Party

Another subtle way of match-making your friends is by inviting them over to your after party. Calmly, you can introduce them both and create a conversation that will have them talking. Make sure they’re amongst people they’re not so familiar with. Your introduction will prompt a conversation afterwards.

Make them help out on the same task

You can get them both to help you out with a specific task before your wedding. This will foster a conversation. At your wedding, you can put them both in charge of checking invitation cards. Act as if it’s an impromptu task and they have to do it both. Then, introduce both of them and be on your way.

Make Anonymous Cards

Anonymous cards with the words “(Insert person’s name) would like to meet you’’ can really help a lot. You can get your little cousin or another friend drop the cards at their tables with their pictures and name and even their seat numbers. If your friends are really open to having a relationship, they will take the hint and try it out
