Is it weird that I feel upset that my friend is dating someone who had asked me out before? Her new boyfriend and I met a few years back and I just didn’t like him that much. Even though she was aware of this, they became friends which I didn’t mind.
Now, I’m wishing they didn’t even become friends because they’re currently in a relationship and it seems to be working out for them. I don’t know why, but I kind of feel betrayed.

Having this feeling is understandable and it's great that you're aware of it. However, you should consider that your friend has a lot more to lose, assuming you're considering telling her to leave the relationship. It's best that both of you come to terms with the new reality and provide help in the times when she needs it.
Try not to make it awkward to the point of losing your friendship with her. While this may hurt a lot, they haven't necessarily done a wrong thing, considering the years apart and your disinterest. Rather than let this tear your friendship apart, let it be the reason it makes it stronger.
