BET founder Bob Johnson and Lauren Wooden tied the knot on Saturday — wine country style.

The prominent businessman/philanthropist, 70, and Wooden, a 37-year-old international business-management doctorate student, wed at the luxe Auberge du Soleil resort in California’s Napa Valley.

The 100-person guest list included music exec L.A. Reid, actor Leon Robinson and former Clinton chief of staff Mack McLarty, who’s a partner of Johnson’s in an auto dealership business.

Greg Mathis (best known as the star of court show “Judge Mathis”) officiated, and Franco Nuschese, the owner of Georgetown’s Cafe Milano — and the guy who helped Johnson pull off his spectacular Parisian proposal to Wooden, then his girlfriend of five years, in December — was the best man.

A good omen for the marriage (the second for both)? The misty rain threatening to spoil the outdoor festivities cleared just in time for the ceremony.
