The capital and largest city of France has been called 'the city of lights', 'the fashion capital of the world', and of course, 'the city of love'. It is one of the world's most popular city destinations, one of the most romantic places in the world, and has a lot of must-see places.

What to do:
Take in the sights, but do not restrict yourself to the usual tourist hotspots. Try out a street cafe. Visit a wine store. Take a back road. Paris can be enchanting no matter where you go. This is not to say you should ignore landmarks like the Eiffel tower, Musee d'Orsay, and The Louvre. Check out the markets and the parks, and just soak up the atmosphere of this magical city.

Travel Requirements: Nigerians require a valid passport and schengen visa to go to France. Visa applications can be made at the French Embassy in Abuja, as well as the French Consulate in Lagos.
