It is important you take note of the time zone before sending a message especially if you have members in different countries. It is rude or quite disturbing to send a message at an inappropriate time to members. So take note of the time to prevent interrupting someone's sleep.

5. Send links only when it is needed
Post links when it is necessary or for a better understanding of a subject matter. Don't go about posting links now and then; this can be quite annoying.

6. Delete the group once the wedding is over
Kindly inform the members that once the wedding is over, you will delete the chat group and make sure you go ahead and do the needful after the wedding. Most importantly, send a thank you message to appreciate their participation.
