We all have heard of how important what we consume is to our body system. Therefore, eat the right kind of food, feed on healthy food. Eat more fruits and vegetables and cut down on junks and fats.

It is absolutely normal to go through stressful situations at one time or the other in our lives. All you have to do is to look for an effective way to manage it to prevent it from affecting you. Smoking does more harm to your skin by damaging collagen and elastin; the fibres are responsible for your skin strength and elasticity. Smoking makes you look older by giving room for wrinkles which causes early ageing.
